The screw feed module can be changed for different products simply by replacing the bit, nozzle, and fixture. It can lock screws from M1.0 to 5.0. It is suitable for screw locking on a variety of consumer electronics products such as mobile phones, calculators, navigation systems, audio systems, cameras, laptops, tablets, learning machines, home appliances, toys, LED lighting, VR 3D glasses, keyboards, watches, etc. Changing products within the range of operation only requires replacing the fixture.
1. Utilizing dual Y-axis platforms for fully automatic alternating operation, the machine can load and unload workpieces on one worktable while simultaneously tightening a workpiece on the other, significantly reducing product placement time. This is safe, convenient, fast, and highly efficient.
2. The X/Y/Z axes utilize a stepper motor + synchronous belt/servo motor + lead screw, with an automatic error compensation mechanism designed to ensure the machine's precision and stability.
3. The screw feeder utilizes a turntable structure with a small, four-part indexing mechanism. The turntable's screw-feeding mechanism is quiet, ensuring reliable and maintenance-free screw feeding.
4. The DPS+ handheld programmer offers a user-friendly programming interface and program cloning for flexibility. Up to 1,000 screw-feeding programs can be stored internally, allowing users to program a product once, save the program, and access it whenever needed.
5. The machine utilizes a vacuum screw-feeding system for increased versatility, overcoming the limitations of air-blown screws with an aspect ratio smaller than 1.2, and the limitations of magnetic screw-feeding systems for stainless steel screws.
6. Full Chinese interface, independently developed automatic screw locking control system, can dynamically display the operating status, and realize real-time monitoring of the screw locking status, and can record whether each screw is 0K or NG.
