The SC-080 Smart Camera is an embedded intelligent vision system that integrates industrial visual inspection with AI recognition capabilities. Featuring a compact all-in-one design, the unit incorporates a 7-inch industrial touchscreen, a built-in adjustable digital light source, and self-developed AI vision algorithm software. It supports a wide range of inspection functions including presence detection, orientation recognition, dimension measurement, contour matching, optical character recognition (OCR), color recognition, blob counting, wire sequence inspection, and more. The housing is manufactured using die-cast aluminum alloy with a fully sealed structure, achieving an IP65 protection rating for reliable operation in complex industrial environments. The device provides 1 digital input and 3 digital outputs, and supports Modbus-RTU serial communication for real-time data exchange and coordinated control with PLCs and other external automation equipment.-
